Kacie began her medical career 20 years ago. Her career has involved taking care of women in an OB/GYN practice, family practice, rural healthcare, and urgent care. In 2014 she was given the opportunity to start doing aesthetic and wellness medicine; and a love was born.
Since 2014; Kacie has worked with multiple practices to develop their aesthetic programs and provide quality aesthetic care.
In early 2019, Kacie achieved a dream and opened her own small business, Elan MedSpa. Elan’ s vision and practice culture reflects things near and dear to her heart- wellness, family, beauty, and healthy aging.
When not at work you’ll find Kacie enjoying all that Montana outdoors has to offer. Her spare time is spent enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with her three daughters and family.
Tawnya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Elan Medical team. She has been an esthetician for the last 12 years specializing in Medspa services. Her knowledge and passion for skincare and skin treatments is surpassed by none!
In her free time she enjoys time with her boys at home and traveling with her husband.
With over 25 years of experience in health and wellness, she has built a diverse background ranging from a NASM-certified personal trainer to LPN, critical care RN, and now Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about hormone optimization, metabolic health including weight loss, and age-related aesthetics, dedicated to helping her patients feel and look their very best. Her goal is to inspire confidence, rejuvenation, and vibrant energy in every patient she serves.
When she’s not caring for patients, you can find her elk hunting or fly fishing with her husband, working out, or traveling to spend time with her four wonderful adult children.

Hanah’s path to medicine began at Gonzaga University, where she earned her nursing degree and launched her career in the NICU and mother-baby unit nearly two decades ago. That early experience caring for new families gave her a deep appreciation for the connection between physical health, the power of hormones, and overall wellbeing.
In 2014, Hanah earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Idaho State University and spent the next decade practicing traditional family medicine in Montana. Along the way, her growing interest in wellness and holistic health led her to pursue a certification in hormone replacement therapy opening the door to a more integrative approach to patient care.
Since joining Elan in 2024, Hanah has found her true passion: blending functional medicine with aesthetic treatments to help women feel confident, vibrant, and truly seen. She loves the whole-person approach Elan offers, and meeting each patient exactly where they are — tailoring care to fit their unique goals rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Known for being approachable and genuine, Hanah builds care around real relationships and real results.
When she’s not at Elan, Hanah is happiest outdoors — skiing, mountain biking, rafting, and camping with her husband and three young boys.
